SHIPPING:

Orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business days of the order, excluding weekends and holidays. Any delay will be communicated within 24 hours. All orders are shipped UPS unless otherwise arranged. Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email address.

DELIVERY AREA:

All orders are shipped UPS within the United States.

PAYMENT METHODS:

We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. We do not accept cash, checks, money orders or CODs.

SALES TAX:

There is no sales tax.

GIFT WRAP:

We do not currently offer gift wrapping options, but if your order is a gift please let us know and your receipt will be mailed to you separately. We can include a hand written note if requested.

CHANGES/CANCELLATION

In order to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@shopsprucedesign.com or call 503-289-2061. We cannot make a change or cancel an order on weekends or federal holidays. Once a shipment has left our warehouse the purchase cannot be changed or cancelled.

RETURNS:

All exchanged or returned merchandise must be in original condition and must be unwashed, unused, unaltered and with original packaging. Simply return the item to us within 7 days of receipt and we will be happy to make an exchange or issue a refund. Once we receive the item we will promptly issue a refund to the credit card used for purchase. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. The return must be accompanied with your original receipt. Shipping costs for returns or exchange are the responsibility of the sender unless due to an error on the part of Spruce Design. We recommend using a carrier that utilizes tracking numbers or offers certified mail, as we will not be responsible for lost packages.
There are no returns on sale items. Returns on orders placed through other retailers can only be authorized through those retailers.
